Moonstone Eploder 1981 

 

Rare 1980's Moonstone Exploder in Natural finish.

Built by luthier Steve Helgeson California/USA. 

Made of highly figured woods, the neck of this Exploder is a "neck-thru" construction, with two mahogany wings, both sides topped with highly figured birdseye maple. The two-piece neck has a rosewood fretboard with 24 frets and pearl dot inlays.

Two DiMarzio pickups, great sound with lot of sustain.
